Lanterna Focaccia with Bell Peppers & Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and warm the Lanterna Focaccia with      Bell Peppers & Mozzarella cheese for 7-9 minutes until slightly crispy on the outside.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the carrots, cucumber, and fennel into thin sticks to create a fresh and crunchy pinzimonio.
  3. Place the vegetable sticks in a bowl, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Slice the focaccia into smaller portions and serve alongside the vegetable pinzimonio, olives, cheese cubes, and cherry tomatoes for a complete Italian snack platter.
