We collect and process your personal data for specific purposes related to our business activities such as:

• Management of the (former, current, or potential) B2C consumer relationship;

• As part of competitions, promotions, and surveys;
• Complaint management;
• Processing and responding to consumer inquiries (consumer service);
• Managing our website;
• Understanding and researching the interests, desires, and changing needs of (potential) consumers to improve our knowledge of (potential) consumers ("consumer insights").

We do not collect sensitive personal data (i.e., data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, or data concerning health or sexual behavior or orientation). We ask you not to provide such data to us. If sensitive personal data is nevertheless provided, you expressly agree that this data may be processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
